SuperSiteSkills at the
DAV Asphaltseminar 2025 in Willingen

SuperSiteSkills was on site at this year’s DAV asphalt seminar in Willingen and took the opportunity to visit some of the exhibitors with the camera. The aim was to visualise the diversity and innovative strength of the industry. In short interviews, companies from the asphalt and road construction industry introduce themselves, present their products and provide exciting insights into their daily work.

Cargill

Cargill is committed to sustainability. Magdalena Machura explains why she enjoyed coming to the DAV asphalt seminar and presents the wide range of ‘green’ products for the asphalt industry in a short video. Among other things, it is about clever solutions that facilitate the laying of temperature-reduced asphalt.

Völkel

Christian Röhl explains how Völkel has been constantly evolving since the 1980s and which innovative products support road construction with digitalisation. In the Völkel Cloud, data from the construction site is recorded in real time and made available for further processing. The flexible Navigator can also be seen in the video.

SmartSiteSolutions

SmartSiteSolutions deals with the digitalisation of asphalt road construction from the asphalt mixing plant to the construction site and optimises construction sites throughout Europe with the help of software and apps. One highlight at the stand was the remote-controlled excavator.

Denso

Who doesn’t know it? The TOK-Tape – invented in 1979 – has become synonymous with bitumen waterstops. In a short interview, Jan-Caspar Jannicke talks about the more than 100-year history of the Leverkusen-based company, demonstrates the company’s ongoing innovative strength and provides an insight into the Denso Group’s product portfolio.

Ecopals

The young team from Ecopals in Berlin was immediately willing to give us an interview. In this video, they explain briefly and concisely how Ecoflakes products can be used to easily modify the bitumen in the asphalt mixing plant and thus improve its performance. And with recycled plastics.

Zeilfelder Pumps

At its trade fair stand, Zeilfelder Pumps explained the topic of additive dosing in a very practical and vivid way with the help of a gin pump. The delicious gin and tonic went down very well with visitors to the DAV Asphalt Seminar 2025 in Willingen.

Information about your cookie settings and data transmission to the USA when using Google services
We use cookies on our website. Some cookies are technically necessary for our website to function ("essential"). All other cookies are applied only if you consent to them (e.g. for Google Analytics/Maps).

You can choose whether or not you wish to "accept only essential cookies," "accept all cookies" or if you wish to "save individual cookie settings" by selecting specific cookies in the accordion menu.

Granting consent to the use of non-essential cookies is voluntary. You can also change your settings at a later time via the "Cookie settings" button located in the page footer. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics to obtain continuous analysis and statistical evaluation of the website in order to improve the website and the user experience. This involves user behaviour data being transmitted to Google LLC and the sites visited, time spent on the page and interactions being processed. This data is then used by Google for its own purposes to build a profile and to link with other usage data.

By accepting the cookie associated with Google services, you also grant consent for your data to be processed in the USA by Google, in accordance with Article 49(1a) GDPR. The USA is classified by the European Court of Justice as a country whose data protection level fails to meet EU standards.

In particular, there is a risk of your data being processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes, potentially without even the opportunity to appeal. If you click on "accept only essential cookies," the above transmission shall not take place.
